Yes, that's the tram that was in the movie Spiderman. However, I heard talks about removing the tram since the subway accesses the island now and not that many people ride the tram anymore. :cry:

Here is the Doppelmayr CTEC UNI-GS Terminal and it's only available here in North America. I'm not sure what it's going to look like when it's finally finished, but it sure does look different.

I've been wondering what ever happened to Ski Data, because I haven't been able to go to their website for over a year now and all the Ski Data machines are now have a new name called Key Motion. I'm not sure if Ski Data sold the North American branch or what? They are still the Ski Data machines ...

That lift is located at Sun Valley Resort in Idaho, USA. It was built by the Union Pacific Railroad and soon became North America's first destination resort. The lift is no longer is service. This lift was a single chair by the way.

It was built in the 1940's I think.

I took these pictures at Willamette Pass, Oregon USA.

They should take better care of their chairs, especially take the grips off the chair and into the maintenance shack during the summer so dirt and rocks won't get in the grip and cause future problems when winter season comes. :wink ...

Cool, I was at this place this summer, around the 7 of July.
It's pretty cool seeing all these resorts I visited this summer while over in Europe.
