Thanks Markus. Got about 1\2 the parts done . Towers will be going up towards the end of the month. 3 towers. 2 towers 7 feet. 1 tower 5 feet. ill be posting more pics soon and pictures of the site where its going and the lucky woman who is getting this. I sell gondolas for 35.00 a piece. Each is hand crafted. The entire ride varies on length on how much they cost. These Von Roll models are very durable made from 6061 aluminum. 316 stainless steel. W1 hardened tool steel . Polysyryne plastic. Each entire ride takes 5 to 6 months to make due to machining every part. All grips are made from 412L hardened stainless steel and are hard to break as well as hard to make. Completed tower pedistals. Made from tool steel. They measure 6in square and are 1/4 in thick.

As for machiening? 316 is a harder stainless compaired to 303. 303 stainless is easier to work with.harald.stranger hat geschrieben:Absolutely great work!

Thanks for all the kind words. I'm looking at a opening date of June. Going to start making all the gondolas next month. There will be 24 gondolas on this model. Thanks again for the kind words.
