Here are some technical specifications.
95 feet long.
52 cabin capacity
Top height 12 feet above the ground.
Counterweight 26 lbs.
Tallest tower 8 feet.
Built from Steel, stainless steel, Aircraft Aluminium 6061,hardened tool steel
Cnc machiened.
Tolerance of .005 on all parts.
Concrete foundation for 8 foot tower 3 feet deep 3 feet wide with rebar reinforced.
Each cabin can carry 1 lbs of weight.
Cable imported from Switzerland .098 diameter or 2.5 mm.

12 sheave tower batterys.. Made from A2 tool steel. Sheaves are UV resistant delrin. All cnc machiened. Built to last a lifetime. Each arm on the tower batterys are tapped and hardened.

The bullwheel is a congress 10 in sheave..You can find them on ebay or Granger..

16 sheave tower battery. Made from A2 tool steel. 316 stainless steel bolts and axles.
Built to last a lifetime. This will be installed on the 8 foot tower. Spans between towers is 33 feet and 30 feet.

Didn't expect a 10" sheave to look like a miniature ropeway bullwheel.
BTW Do you use a MIG welder (more formally GMAW but I can't get used to that abbreviation)?

Yes. The towers are all welded. Wire feed. Everything else is all cnc machiened.

Here are some pictures of my own machine shop. The sheaves i make . These particular sheaves have a deeper groove then the rest of the sheave as these in the industry are known as guide sheaves. These sheaves placed at the front of the sheave train weather a compression or a tower, help align the cable to carry on to the next set of sheaves. These type of sheaves are very common on real ropeways.
