Hello everyone.
Just got a contract to install one of my high quality model ropeways in Northern California USA.
Here is some stats.
160 feet long.
7 towers.
Maximum capacity 48 cabins
Maximum height above ground 16 feet.
Average tower height 7 feet.
Tallest tower 12 feet.
Roller batterys 8 sheave,12 sheave and 16 sheave.
Counterweight 26 lbs.
Tensions bullwheel travel 3 feet.
Pictures to come in the next few weeks.

That will be a huge one with nearly 50 meters length and 5 meters above ground, sound pretty impressive.

Thank you. There is room on this property to make the ropeway up to 600 feet long as the property is 22 acres. If that would happen i would contact Guinness Book Of World records

Are the deflection pulleys made with a milling maschine and a lathe! They are great!

Drive stations for 2 rides . Front half is next. Machined 6061 Aluminum. Stainless steel hardware, 316 Stainless steel drive shaft .625 diameter

2 bullwheel carriages. Made from 6061 Aluminum.
Track wheels are 412L Hardened stainless. Bearings from SKF. Holes are for I bolts when securing counterweight.

Complete counterweight deflection sheave. Bearings installed. Bore size on bearings .500. Stainless steel retaining ring.

One is 13 lbs . 50 foot ride
One is 21 lbs 160 foot ride.
