Here is the pour for drive.main concrete support.concrete is 3 in thick to support the drive.after this drys,then concrete the loading platforms for the passengers and the supports for the outter structure..thanks for all the feedback and for looking at my rebuilding of my vonroll vr101 in san diego ca usa

Hello everyone..my vr101 is in the load testing stage.5 lbs of weight in each car with 18 cars.pics to come.soon as well as a video.

Did testing all day at max capacity.4 lbs of weight in each gondola.20 gondolas.no breakage,counterwight travel is 11 inches.ran great for 11 hrs streight.more pictures to come.

Here is a update.running good.safety switches are all fully functional.lights in tension and drive.tower lights are having issues.here is some new photos for everyone on the progress.

Gondolas are vacuum formed.made the molds myself.took the cwa nova gondolas and made to size blueprints.

molten plastic around a mold.then vacuum is applied and it sucks the plastic around the mold.

Sowas nennt sich bei uns Vakuumtiefziehverfahren. Man stellt die Innenform mit einem Trennmittel besprüht auf ne Platte, dann wird eine runde, in einen hohen Deckel mit Dichtung am unteren Rand eingespannte Kunststoffplatte mit Infrarotheizspiralen erwärmt bis sie plastisch ist. Anschließend senkt man den Deckel ab und vakuumiert gleichzeitig den Raum unterhalb der Platte damit sich der Kunststoff komplett an die Form anlegt. Nach erfolgter Abkühlung klitzelt man die Form aus dem Kunststoff raus und kann sie für den nächsten Streich verwenden.
